How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions required varies from person to person and depends on the complexity and severity of your condition. We will discuss a recommended treatment plan with you during your initial consultation and provide progress updates as needed.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist?In most cases, a referral is not required to see a physiotherapist. However, some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage. It's advisable to check with your insurance company or contact our clinic for specific information.

What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?Wear comfortable, loose-fitting gym clothing. Please bring any relevant medical reports or scan results to inform the consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for 24-hour notice period if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need urgent care. You will be charged 50% of the service amount as a cancellation fee without informing us. Full fees are payable for same day cancellations.

Do you accept insurance?Physport Performance is a recognised private healthcare provider for AVIVA, AXA, Vitality Aetna and Westfield for Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment. We are certified members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health Professions Council, which most private insurers require. Typically, we claim pre-authorised treatments directly through the insurance provider, but some policies differ whereby patients pay us directly and claim back the cost through their provider. It is important you contact your insurance company prior to commencing treatment with us, to confirm your individual policy and to receive your pre-authorisation claim number.

What are your payment options?We accept cash, credit, or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Are your physiotherapists licensed and certified?We are certified and licensed practitioners with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) (106361), Health Professions Council (HCPC) (PH116450) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport and Exercise Medicine (ACPSEM) (15559).
