- 09We require a 48-hour notice period for the cancellation and reschedulling of consultations. We require a 50% cancellation fee of the service amount for cancellations within 48-hours and full fees are payable for cancellations within 24-hours. We understand life demands are unpredictable and often get in the way, however, we apply this policy not only to allow us time to accommodate other patients who require treatment, but the fee helps cover the cost of the time reserved for your consultation and other associated clinic costs.
- 10Physport Performance is a recognised private practice healthcare provider for all major private healthcare providers, including Bupa Health, AXA Health, AVIVA, Vitality Health, Aetna and Westfield for Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation treatment. We are certified members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP), Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine (ACPSEM), and registered with the Health Professions Council, which most private insurers require. Typically, we claim pre-authorised treatments directly through the insurance provider, but some policies differ whereby patients pay us directly and claim back the cost through their provider. It is important you contact your insurance company prior to commencing treatment with us, to confirm your individual policy and to receive your pre-authorisation claim number.
